Exchange and Return Policy

 

In the event that you received a damaged unit, the wrong item, or were not shipped complete, please let us know via email within 3 days upon receipt of delivery. We understand every case is different and varies in circumstance, so once a case is opened with photo evidence in email, please allow 24-48 hours for our warehouse to conduct and complete the investigation and to receive an email with a resolution.

In the event that your order was received complete and undamaged, but you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us via email within 3 days upon receipt of delivery.

 

For Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must notify us within three(3) days upon receipt of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. The item intended for exchange must be shipped back in resalable condition. Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels and you are responsible for return shipping costs. You must use a reliable third-party shipping partner, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to return your package. Ensure that an RMA number/reference number is written on the box/label, which can be provided to you via email. Additionally, once you have informed us of the exchange, you have seven(7) additional days to provide us with a shipping tracking number. Upon receiving your package, we will examine the item and, if it qualifies, issue a store credit for the actual item price. This store credit can be used to purchase the same item or any other item storewide, excluding shipping costs.

Products that do not qualified for Exchange:

  • Cosmetics
  • Underwear/Swimsuit
  • Intimate items
  • Masks/Gloves
  • Rug/Carpet
  • Luggage
  • Holiday Items
  • Any product not listed as New (except vacuums, which are exchangeable only within 15 days upon receipt of delivery).

To maintain the low discounted prices for you and all our customers, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN NOR REFUND.
