Ripped on first use
Ripped at the interior zipper seam the very first time we tried to use it. It was not even full. Very disappointed!

My 5 y.o. daughter picked out this suitcase and she loved it. It was a good size and was easy for her maneuver on her own. Our first time using it though, the handle broke. I lifted it to put in the trunk and one side of the handle came off completely. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed so we had to return it.

Poor Outershell Durability
We bought this kids suitcase for our recent trip, but were incredibly disappointed with its quality. Despite taking good care of it (stowed overhead during a single round trip flight), the exterior is already covered in scratches. The outer shell material is awful for this type of product. No matter how hard you try, this suitcase WILL scratch when it comes into contact with anything. There are far superior scratch-resistant suitcases available for kids at this price point. While the style is cute, I wouldn’t recommend this product and will be looking elsewhere for our next kid’s travel case.

I ordered this online and it came all scratched up, not in the least even in fair condition. I returned to Target and ordered another one for pick up at the Holland Target. Return was super easy, the cashier was amazing. When to the area they put the pick up items and brought out the suitcase this time it had big cracks on it. Very dissapointed they even gave it to us.

So disappointed and angry
This is the box it came in. No wrapping or anything around it. Just thrown in a box. It was COVERED in fingerprints and scratches. Here are photos of some deeper ones. Also red crayon? and at least 3 bigger sticky sticker spots. Wheels came out of box with debris and black unknown hair in wheels and worn. This was definitely used and then sent to me. My daughter cried and I am astounded that anyone would think it’s ok to send an item like this as a *new* product. This is ridiculous, do better.

Bought this for my delta flight
This fit Delta’s summer 2023 carry on restrictions! I looked long for one that would, and this one was the best option. I’m a chunky and curvy babe, so less clothes fit in it than children’s or smaller and straight-sized’s clothing. I covered mine in red bubble and metal band stickers <3 I love it! So far so good, used it on a couple of flights and amtrak trains, as well as public buses and lengthy walks in between. Sturdy even on uneven pavement. One thing I find hard to manuever is the side push, but that's not a huge minus for me.

Super Cute But Handle Could Be Better
This suitcase is very cute. I got this and the rainbow one for my daughters. Both are super cute bags. But also in both cases, the pull-up handle is cheap feeling and does not stay up. Disappointing given that we have only used it once and this was a problem from the beginning.

I love how this has two separate compartments inside. One side has the criss cross clip and the other side zips closed for a sort of separation. We have family that lives far so when we visit, it is for days at a time. My daughter is getting old enough to want to bring a whole bunch of her own stuff and we couldn’t share a suitcase anymore. This is great. Has four wheels so she can easily push it herself. I believe it is carry on size as well.

I bought this for my 4 year old thinking it would be a small, kids/toddler size suitcase. It’s not – it’s a fully-grown-adult sized suitcase with a dinosaur print on it. I guess it’s on me for not checking the dimensions but when it’s got a Dino print the natural assumption is that it should be small. Giving 4 stars because the quality is great, wheels move smoothly and handle extends easily.
