While she likes using bottles of glue, it’s always so messy and gets everywhere. The glue sticks are perfect for a child her age. The glue sticks are bigger so she can hold them well in her hands. I had the chance to try these Elmer’s glue sticks with my children at home. They are great for little hands since they are nice and large in size. The glue comes off the stick nice and evenly and the bottom is easy to twist up to dispense more of the glue stick if needed. The glue goes on purple so they can see the glue and dries nice and clear also. That is a plus for the younger kids that don’t always spread on enough glue or put it in the wrong spot. Wide, purple & holds secure
Elmer’s has been around for basically forever & it is the brand I prefer & mostly trust for school supplies & related projects. This year, once again school isn’t totally “normal” but that doesn’t mean that arts & crafts at home has to stop. Glue can be an important part of the process, but I personally don’t care for messy, liquid, bottled glue. Glue sticks have always been easier for me to use physically throughout my life (I have cerebral palsy) & less messy but still hold just as securely! This glue stick is the extra large size. It has an easy open cap, easy to turn wheel to adjust the glue level & it goes on purple so you or the children can see exactly where the glue is placed & then it dries clear!
