This was super easy to put together. Great quality pieces and durable. This wheel rolls without a problem. This is very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use. It includes a knee mat, which I appreciated, as well as a magnetic timer and slot for your phone. Great abdominal workout and great addition to my gym.

I am so glad I purchased this ab rollout device. I use it daily and I can take it with me to the gym. I use it all the time. It is a perfect addition to other ab exercises. It is defective not boring!! Love it!! I also picked up a knee wedge too, however this product does come with a knee pad.

I really like this ab roller! It’s my first time using something like this and it is very easy to use and I could definitely feel the burn!The instructions for putting it together were not very good but luckily it is easy to figure it out on your own, I got it put together quickly.I was a little worried it wouldn’t be sturdy enough as I am very much overweight, 244 lbs. but it held up just fine. Except for the magnetic timer they included. That things magnet is definitely not strong enough. As soon as you start rolling forward it falls off. So I will not be using their timer. Otherwise it works perfectly. I love that it came with a pad for your knees.Everyone that comes over wants to try it out and really likes it and wants one too!A very good deal for the price!

The product does what it is intended to do, a nice workout for the core. I rate this a 3/5 mainly because it is very cheaply made. See reasons below:- No proper box, parts were basically thrown inside an amazon box- The padding for your forearms is basically a sticker. This lost its stickiness pretty quick and keeps popping off.- The timer is put in place with the use of a magnet, a simple touch and it falls off- The materials overall feel like cheap plastic- The padding for your knees is small (and this is coming from someone who is short and on the slimmer side) and provides minimal cushionMy recommendation would be to spend a bit more and get a better quality ab roller.

I like it a lot. The elbow rests is a game changer! It doesn’t feel like “training wheels” for a rollers. In fact, I still feel the core burn. And I even feel with the elbow rests, there’s an extra “swiveling forward and backwards” you can angle while rolling.. you have to roll the wheel to understand what I mean; I feel like it an evolution to the wheel.It was easy to put together. I’m <300lbs (I just went under 300lbs for the first time in 20 years!!!) the wheel holds my weight as I roll , is what I’m saying.

Instructions made zero sense. Clearly tPoorly translated into English from another language. My issue is that the crossbar in the package I received was too wide for the curved bar. Not sure what happened but that makes it unusable. I am returning it. I’ll just get one of the simple ones that are just a wheel with the bar through it. I wanted something more ergonomic but this isn’t it.

Good ab roller and it’s easy to workout on it! Comes with a tiny mat and a timer. Good for doing KEEP exercises. The assembly was easy, and the roller felt sturdy after getting put together.Overall, good for the money!
