Arrived broken & unable to return according to Amazon. However I wrote a bad review & then was contacted by the company & was sent a new mirror. The new mirror had 1 light that was malfunctioning, so they did send another one. Happy girl!

We had a faulty power cord that failed after less than a year of use- the company responded quickly and mailed out a new adaptor.

I received my order quickly. Unfortunately, the dimmer light didn’t work. Things happen. I thought I would contact the company directly to see if it could be replaced. They immediately sent out a new mirror. It works great!! Customer service was easy and fast with response and replacement. Highly recommend the mirror. Works just as described.

Update to my first review of receiving the mirror damaged..immediately upon notifying of the damage, I was given the option for a replacement and I wanted to give the chance to get a replacement. I received notification just a few hours later stating my new one had been shipped and I sent the damaged one back yesterday which was very easy process to return an item. Thank you for making that process easy. Today I received my replacement and I absolutely love it!!! It’s the perfect size for my diy vanity project I made! Can’t wait to try it tomorrow and not having to carry my makeup to the bathroom for lighting and risk busting more brand new makeup by dropping it. Thank you so much for the awesome turn around on the replacement. Very happy with how this turned out and the options on the mirror with the lighting is awesome as well. New to makeup here and my lighting in my home is not great so this mirror is going to be amazing to get me started. Only thing I would recommend is the cord being a little longer at this time!

Really loved this mirror, but have not had a good experience. A month and a half after I got it (and really loved it!) the dimmer stopped working. I really liked the mirror and while this was a feature I loved, I kept using it because the regular brightness still worked well. Then today, the lights started blinking uncontrollably like a strobe light. So disappointed. I cannot find a customer service contact so hopefully the company will contact me to fix this. UPDATE: It’s been just over 2 more months and no contact from the supplier. So sad because this could be a great product if they stood behind their product.

I feel like a movie start putting my makeup on, I absolutely love this mirror!! I use it everyday. You get just the perfect light for day or night and see clearly every flaw to cover and no more blotchy places, perfect makeup every time. I love the magnifying mirror as well, especially when plucking my eyebrows, I don’t miss a hair!! My only complaint is the magnifying mirror falls off a lot but I can live with that.

Esta muy bonito y de muy buen tamaño, sé puede poner en cualquier lugar pero no lo que no me gusto es que la luz fuerte no es tan fuerte aun ase falta luz para poder tratar mi piel tengo que mirar en el espejo de aumento y es incomodo,y otra cosa el conector no es muy largo, y otra cosa muy importante no es recargable si no tienes un tomacorrientes o enchufe serca de ti no podrás tener luz mire en las description del pampleto y no menciona nada de que se pueda cargar esta fue mi experiencia
