Space electronics!
I bought a couple of these to give out as Birthday and Christmas gifts! My 7yr old was able to put nearly the entire thing together by himself. He loved trying the different options and figuring out how to get the ball to float. It was a fun learning experience that they made look like a mini space station!

Great in theory.
I had super high expectations for this item. My daughter is a space kid and was super excited to play with this. The circuits were pretty good, but a little finicky.

fao circuit space
My son likes it, he was amaze with the floating ball, everything is functioning well, you have to supply your own batteries.

Boring
The rocket doesn’t go far. Actually, it just pops out. Everything else…mediocre.

Disappointing…doesn’t work
Got this for my kiddo & another as a present. One of the wires was broken and we had to cut the cord to expose the bare wire to make it work. Also the rocket did not launch at all even though the wires were correctly placed and making a sound. Really nice idea but disappointed kiddo. Embarrassed to have gifted this to a friend’s kid. Expected more from FAO Schwarz.

Hours of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this to my pre-teen daughter for Christmas. She broke into it rather quickly and was engrossed for hours. Finding anything educational to hold a child’s attention gets my thumbs up. Instructions are clear and fun for the kids to follow.

Fun educational toy
Such a great activity together with your kid(s). Easy to follow instructions and fun output! Awesome learning opportunity on how a power circuit works for both kids as well as parents.

Great activity with continued play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is 9 and really enjoyed this. She needed some help to get started but after she got a few circuits together she was rolling on her own. She has been rearranging the designs and set up now for weeks and is still playing with this. She also has expressed an interest in more STEM toys since receiving this.

Hours of Fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an absolute joy putting together with my kids. This STEM project not only is a “blast” to play with but teaches real electrical circuitry in a fun way. You can mix and match the switches for multiple solutions.

Awesome toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best toy for a little boy to really explore and learn new things. My son was enthralled for hours with this thing! Would come home from school and run straight to it for days, couldnt get enough of it. best part is that I know its a learning and growing experience for him so I dont mind if he spends hours playing with it

Valuable Learning!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid seems to have an interest in science related subjects. My kid likes building things and often talks about space, planets, black holes etc. which is why I ordered this stem toy. It takes thought to put this together and brings out a lot of curiosity. It requires critical thinking and is a great learning opportunity. My kid learned about how electricity and circuits works. Kid absolutely got a kick out of all of the toy parts and the options to relocate them. Lights always attracts my kid. Endless playtime and a good distraction. Kid is also sharing knowledge with other kids! I prefer this over video games.

Very educational
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old loves this activity set. He loves putting things together and making them work and that’s exactly what this is. There are different activities that you can do and he loves the challenge of making it work correctly. I love toys that help you learn and that’s exactly what this does. I would definitely recommend it.

So much fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit was a lot of fun for my son and I. It was fun to open and had easy to follow instructions. My son didn’t struggle with the instructions as all the tables and diagrams were easily read. Often times with kits like these the wiring is really complicated, but this kit takes a lot of guess work and confusion out of it. I enjoyed putting it together as much as my son did. My only complaint would be that the rocket doesn’t go very high, just high enough to come off the base, but it’s still pretty neat.

Fun, hands-on learning activity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where were these types of toys when I was a kid? Want to have fun WITH your kids while they learn the basics of electrical circuitry? This is a great activity that allows exploration and hands-on learning. I’ve enjoyed working on this with my child and she loves to see the end result of her planning and thinking. Great activity.

Cool science kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This science kit is so awesome! It has a bunch of different moving parts and it’s customizable with the connectors. It does require batteries but that’s nothing new. It comes with a little astronaut so kids can pretend it’s in space or whatever. I will say it’s not for younger kids as they can be to rough with it when older kids are playing with the set. I was amazed at how everything connected together to make the set. Or keep it separate for individual play. I think it’s a cool thought provoking set. I was amazed on how cool it looked and then all the moving parts work. I definitely think its a good investment for older kids interested in space things.

Pretty Cool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a seven-year-old that is very interested at his young age in science and discovery. This circuit space station is a pretty cool experimental set that comes with everything you need. These experimental sets are wonderful for finding a way to spend quality time with your kids and learn at the same time! I love that everything comes individually wrapped. The directions are pretty simple to follow. It tells you step-by-step how to create a basic circuit and then it gives you problem-solving tips in case it didn’t work the first time. My son’s favorite part was the rocket launch. You put the rocket on the base and press the launch button and the rocket flies up. And you can use it over and over again. Another neat thing is it comes with a poster that can be hung on the wall that has some cool facts about science and also an extra experiment you can try with things that you would have around the house. I absolutely love this discovery concept and how you can get some playtime in with learning at the same time!

Unique design, requires some fine motor skills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a unique spin on snap circuits. Instead of buttons/snaps connecting to each other to form circuits, kids are actually using wires (which is think is helpful to make the connections to electricity in their brains). But the way you connect the wires is with little springs. Bend the spring to the side to “open” it and insert a wire. This is not hard because the springs are very “soft” and not firm. They do not pinch at all – I really tried to pinch myself. I couldn’t. But you do need some fine motor skills and good eyesight to hold the wire and insert it between layers in the spring. It’s a fun twist on building with circuits as a toy. There are lots of challenges included. And the explanations are age appropriate. It’s a great educational toy!

Great learning activity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Stem Discovery Circuit Space Station Galactic Experiment set. It has a total of 3 activities. My grandson is 8 years old and really into science right now. This was a great activity for him. It held his attention, he never got frustrated with the instructions. Put it together mostly by himself and was pretty pleased with himself. He has completed 2 of the 3 activities and has really enjoyed this experiment. I highly recommend this product. Not only do they learn a lot it keeps his attention away from electronic games. This would be a great gift for any child.

Stem learning is fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Space Station toy set was great for all ages to enjoy, while learning how to stem. My kids were so elated to create their very own safe circuit kit! Also, I found the instructions were so clear and precise to read.

Spark the imagination
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago and couldn’t wait to show my daughter. As soon as i showed her the box her eyes lit up. We opened it together and i let her take everything out and try to figure it out. She kept asking questions about different pieces how it works and i explained it. Once i put the batteries in and showed her how a simple circuit worked, i literally could see the gears in her mind working. She had a blast with the ball that floats and the rocket launching. This is probably the best form of education, it gets your child interested in something new while they’re learning. 100/10

Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves this. It is so much fun for her. It challenges her but it is not so difficult that it cannot be figured out by her. It is a great educational tool that I will be getting other versions of it .

Poor rocket launch, but great STEM toy overall
This is a fantastic project toy. The only thing we were disappointed about is that the rocket barely launches. In the video, it shows the rocket launching a decent distance which would be pretty exciting, but the rocket launch is nothing like the video.
