Its a pretty deep dish so it was hard for my puppy to use until he got a little bigger but its been great and helps with feeding time!! The bottom is not flush so collects water in the dishwasher and has rubber feet he sometimes tries to eat off. Overall we like it and its a better price than boutique dog store ones.

I have a pitbull breed and they are know for getting bloat/other tummy issues from eating to fast so I bought her this. It has significantly increased the time it takes her to eat which is awesome and it’s a super fun and engaging way to get her to eat her food. The only reason I am giving this slow feeding bowl a 4 is because it’s very hard to get clean so I would recommend buying two so you can have time to clean them properly. Other than that this is an awesome slow feeder especially for the price:)

My pup ate her food wayyy too quickly and it was causing her health issues. As soon as I got her this, her time spent eating food went from 10 seconds to about 30 minutes. Overtime she’s learned how to eat it in sub 10 minutes but that’s still a much healthier and safer time for her than how she was inhaling her food before. I also appreciate the rubber seal at the bottom of the bowl which prevents her from tipping it over, pushing the bowl around, and carrying it around.

Its actually huge we got the large dog bowl for our Irish setter mix and they could have easily used the small dog size with the amount of food they get for each setting overall satisfied great quality as well. Colors are bright. The grips on the bowl serve no benefit for us the bowl still moves
