I was sent the wrong item due to a mix up in product number by amazon. Since this was a Christmas gift I was a bit worried, but this company was a joy and resolving this matter was painless. Not only did the company – and amazon – respond immediately, they also refunded my purchase, the shipping charges, and said that I could even keep the DVD I received by accident (ICE AGE: A COOL CHRISTMAS).
