I love the backpack so much it came in the right order!!!!!!
Even though its pricey that doesnt change the fact how nice it looks, I love the space and the number of pockets i got the color in black and it was so nice.The other backpacker i get from other stores rip now i trust jansports with my money….5 START!!!!!!!!

Always Used and Always Have!
I LOVE this backpack! I have been using JanSport Big Student backpacks since my freshman year of high school, and they’ve never done me wrong! As a senior in college, I can guarantee that these backpacks are highly durable, comfortable to wear, and hold SO much! It holds my huge water bottle, a change of clothes, all my school supplies, and more so easily!

The quality of the backpack is good but the net on the side of the backpack to hold your water bottle sucks it’s torn and only had it a few months

Ain’t What It Used To Be
Jansport, since I can remember, has been THE go-to for backpacks. The first one my son had only had to be replaced because he needed a bigger size after using his Jansport from K-5. Then we bought him the Big Student for middle school. But something happened with quality control over at Jansport. For the past 3 years, I have had to purchase a new backpack every school year. At first it was because the cheap net water pocket would tear apart. But this year- the backpack didn’t even last the school year. The straps are ripped, interior falling apart and the water bottle pocket is holding on by a thread. I. Am. Done. The name Jansport used to be synonymous with quality. Used to be. It’s the last month of school and my son’s new Nike backpack just arrived. I could not rely on his Jansport to make it through to the end of the year- another 21 days because it is literally falling apart at the seams.

7 years and 25 pounds
I bought a jansport bag similar to this years ago at Ross. It got me through about7 years of school and has carried around 25 pounds of school supplies (notes books, multiple textbooks,etc). It deserves 5 stars since the zippers have barely started to lose their ability to stay shut. I for sure would buy another.

This is what I expect with Jansport.
Bought this for my daughter. After a year and a half it still looks like new. Wish it had 2 water bottle pockets. It has held up much better than my son’s Odyssey backpack.

A timeless product!
I purchased a Jansport many years ago for my daughter for school. My two grandchildren are on a second backpack this year and those are falling apart. I ordered Jansport as it was such a great product years ago for my daughter, that I figured it still had to be good! And we were not disappointed!! The grandkids love them and they like the special compartment just for their Chromebook! Very good space and pockets for everything!

The people who are complaining probably don’t know how to use a backpack. I’m a little rough on mine given being sloshed around in hallways and lugging around half my bodyweight in books. It has survived!
