Works great to keep out pets.
Bought this because our dog kept knocking over my mom’s trash can in her room when she wasn’t looking. Mind you she uses a walker at her age so it’s hard for her to clean things off the floor. This helped a lot. It’s small and compact. Study and heavy enough where a dog can’t knock it over. It comes with a lot of trash bags so you don’t need to worry about running out. Easy to change trash bags out too. Plastic cover opening for trash works well.

Good idea, but much smaller than it looks in pics
This looked like a great option to replace the average mid-sized trash can I used to use, but no longer can after getting a puppy. Most puppies are only interested in knocking the can over and rummaging through your garbage, but mine goes the extra mile – even when I stopped throwing anything in there, he delighted in knocking it over and pulling the bag right out of it, which he would promptly spirit away with him underwear the nearest piece of furniture large enough for us to not be able to reach him.I’ve seen the motion-detection options and although I really like them, they’re all so tiny! I was also a little concerned he’d learn how to get it to open, so when I saw this, it seemed like the answer to my trash can prayers!The way the bag is vacuum suctioned and completely out of sight in combination with the lid that fully covers the opening is perfect…there’s no way he can get at the bag on this one! At least not until he learns how to open it, anyway.The major downside of this is how tiny it is. It looks bigger in the pics, and even though they provide measurements, I had it in my head that this was also a mid-sized can, but it’s not. It’s actually smaller than most decorative bathroom trash cans.It’s very well made and of high quality construction, and it comes with a LOT of bags! The problem will be finding any bag other than these exact ones to fit after they’re all gone. The design of the lid makes it look like a mini a little R2D2. I’d absolutely recommend this if you’re looking for a very small trash can you’d prefer to be covered at all times. If you need anything bigger, this is not the one.

Perfect container for dog eliminations
I had been looking for a container that I could place my dog’s eliminations until my garbage pickup day. This small trash can is perfect for that need. I keep it out in my garage area and it stores the refuse and eliminates the smell. This was a perfect solution for my dog refuse needs.

Dogs will get into…does not lock!
This does not have motion detection. It is small and good size for small bathrooms. It keeps odors at bay with lid. It does not lock. Took my dog 2 seconds to get into it!!!
