Magnetic strength is weak
This eraser doesn’t really do a good job at being magnetic as it just slips down the board. I am even using a U Brand whiteboard purchased at Target, so I’m surprised it doesn’t work well together. The eraser also came with dirty with some black spots on the white plastic shell.

Works well imo idk what the other low reviews are referring to. It erases well, and stays magnetized. I’ve had it for over a few months now and had no issues. Would recommend and not very expensive. Better than wasting paper to wipe clean each time.

I had one and loved it. When it wore out I ordered the exact same one. Unfortunately the new one wasn’t as strongly magnetic and slid off the whiteboard. Thinking it was a fluke I ordered another, but it also doesn’t hold. Seems a change has been made.

I bought this because right on the front of the packaging, the label says “Strong Magnet” and it had a nice and clean look for my office dry erase board. I had to cut open the packaging (so now I can’t return it) and tested it out. It does NOT hold any metal or magnetic surface. I’ve tried it on the dry erase board, a fridge, metal filing cabinet. It does not stick to anything! It erases just fine, but does not serve the purpose for which I bought it for.

My 3rd grader needed an eraser for his small white board for school. This has lasted over a school year. We still use it and am buying another one for my daughter who starts school soon. It does the job and erases all his work. I didn’t purchase it for the magnet so I can’t leave a review for that feature. As a dry erase eraser it works great for the price.

I have the U Brands glass magnetic white board and this eraser doesn’t have enough hold to stick to it. The main reason I purchased it was because it was magnetic. I had to throw it away and buy a different brand eraser… I actually took this one apart and it has two TINY magnets inside no wider than a marker.
