Q. Half of lights don’t work or lights flickering, and remote doesn’t work.
1. Battery Powered – AA Batteries run out. Please replace with new batteries or plug the lights into USB socket to try again.
2. USB Plug – Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A)
Q. The lights doesn’t turn on.
1. The default lighting mode is OFF. Press the button on the USB plug or use the remote to turn on the lights. (Press “8” on the remote control for steady on mode)
2. Change another USB socket or adapter (5V,1A-2A), or try with AA batteries.
Q. How long do batteries last in wishing ball LED curtain lights?
Theoretically, the battery life is equal to the capacity of the battery divided by the current of the LED light. The maximum output of this light is 300mA. If you use 3 x 1500mAh batteries, it will last at least 4500/300=15 hours.
It may vary in response to battery type and brand(quality).
Q. The remote doesn’t work.
1. Please remove the plastic tab to active the battery and point the remote in the direction of the signal receiver(USB plug) to control it.
2. Since these are IR (infrared) they are susceptible to interference. Things like microwaves and cable boxes can cause issues. Check the path between the receiver and the remote and clear any obstructions.
3. Replace the coin battery of the remote control if it has been used for a long time.

These lights make my small bedroom feel so warm, inviting, and cozy. The remote lets me control how bright they are and how much I want them to flash. I prefer to keep them at a slow glow for some nice ambiance.You can do whatever you like with these bedroom string lights. I tied mine to make the strings shorter, but they can be hung longer. There are little hooks above each light if you want to hook them onto a rod. Also, since the lights rely on batteries, you don’t have to worry about placing them near an outlet (extra helpful if you’re like me and have a room short on its number of outlets.)Highly recommend these fun little lights for a simple way to add some golden ambiance to a little room.

These lights really made my room special I have never ventured into any hanging lights before this was my first time and I am so beyond happy. I love these lights I want to marry them. They are so light and beautiful easy to put up add such a nice touch , great quality and remote makes it so easy and being able to have setting on dim settings I really love. The bulbs can hit wall do not shatter quality product right here.

I put these up today in my large living room window. I recently put sun blocking film on it to stop the intense sunlight and heat coming through. I love the film, but my family felt it blocked too much light. So I hung these up for some additional light.Easy to hang. They don’t look cheap. I bought the warm white. I couldn’t get a good picture or I would have included it.Don’t hesitate buying these!

Have had these lights up for about 5 months and they are beautiful and no issues so far. Had ordered similar “lightbulb string lights) from 2 other companies and these were the only ones that were good (eg. One of the sets from a different company made an electrical buzzing sound when on… This one is silent!). Only downside is that I have to turn them on using the remote control every time; I had hoped that I could plug into an outlet with a switch and operate using the switch but that’s not possible. That being said, the company was never misleading about this.I saw other reviewers saying you can’t change the length of the strands; technically, the product is not designed to allow for this, but if you’re careful, you can remove the “screw in” part of the bulb, carefully unwind the wire with the lights on it from where it meets the bracket, and either pull more wire out (if you want a longer strand) or feed some wire into the clear “bulb” part if you want a shorter strand. Then re twist the wire around the bracket and re-attach the screw in part. The number of little lights within the bulb you modified will increase/decrease accordingly but not noticeable.Also – I didn’t struggle with the lights tangling when I was hanging them but that’s because I gently laid out the full length across bed first and was very careful when placing them over my hooks. I could see it becoming a nightmare if you just dive in so I would be patient and organize them right from the start 👍

Edit: The seller reached out to me and was very friendly and responsive! They quickly sent me a set of replacement lights at no extra charge in order to make up for this fault batch. Excellent customer service really made these worth a bump up to 5 stars AND I am looking forward to having a working set of these lights again!These lights are really pretty and were exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to fill my window with something sparkly. I also like that they come with the option to be either plugged in OR battery powered. There are also a ton of different modes to choose from which is always a nice feature to have.I adored these lights, but they kinda crapped out after about a month of casual use. It started by flickering on/off, then eventually just turning off completely after a time (no timer in use), and now only a few even light up at all. Pretty disappointing but was nice while they lasted. I wish I’d gotten a lil more mileage out of em for the price, though.

These lights are beautiful and very easy to put up- also love the remote function. However, the orange is not at all like pictured. It’s not a warm amber glow, it’s bright Halloween orange. Keeping these up for fall and then will change
