A favorite in our HouseMechanical pencils are a favorite in our house. They are the only pencil my kids want for school. Its also my favorite pencil to use. We really like these pencils because we never have to worry about needing a pencil sharpener. Just click and continue to write. Love them and will continue to buy them. Works great for office work aand art!I love the designs on these pencils and they work great too! They come pre loaded with lead and they have are just the right size that I can grip them easily to write with. I have found that I can do much better art when using lead pencils and these are just the right size lead. I can easily draw details and the eraser works great too for errors. Stronger Than AverageI’ve been very pleased with these Bic Xtra Strong Mechanical Pencils. With two teens in the house, we go through a LOT of mechanical pencils during the school year. Great pencils, they really are stronger!I love mechanical pencils, they are very handy to use as the lead breaks which it will more often than the standard pencils, but you just have to bring up another and go on your way. These really are stronger and you can tell the difference, I havent had to adjust up yet and I've done a few crosswords with them. Very cool idea! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love these pencilsI love the convenience of mechanical pencils. Whenever my boys are doing their homework, they manage to break all the tips off regular pencils. Very strong & durableThese mechanical pencils definitely live up to the name! My son is very rough with his writing utensils & he's very pleased that they don't break easily. He could definitely tell a huge difference in lead strength from his original mechanical pencil to this extra strong one. We will definitely be purchasing these for school supplies from now on. Kids love the xtra strong lead!My kids were so excited to try out these Xtra Strong Mechanical Pencils from BIC. The came in multiple bright, assorted colors. My kids love mechanical pencils but hate that the lead is always so flimsy. These are perfect for younger kids who are just learning how to use this type of pencil. Besides the lead, the pencil casing itself is study and good quality as well. And the erasers don't smear the pencil like some lesser expensive versions tend to do.
