New tops?I got these for my elementary kids and the tops are SO hard to open. I mean I even have a hard time with it. Not sure if I got a funky batch but very disappointing.

Great glue sticksElmer's glue is the classic school glue brand. These glue sticks work great! They really eliminate nearly all the mess from my kids' crafting projects! They're so easy to use and the glue is effective for all paper glueing needs. We still keep a bottle of glue for non-paper glueing, as sticks don't work there.

GlueMy four year old daughter loves to create crafts and needed a glue stick. We grabbed these in the store and after a few hours of using them the purple glue stick popped out. We were able to slide it back in the container however if does continue to fall out when being used. The purple glue does not leave a residue on the paper and does disappear. Affordable price

The go to glueThis is the best glue. The purple disappears but allows the kids to be able to see where they applied it before laying their time onto their projects. I think that it's washable, as more than one occasion my child has ended up with it on his clothes.
