    Great cleaner!My new favorite toy! Cleans better than when I have the professionals come. The machine itself is easy to clean. Only disadvantage is that it’s very heavy.

    I would not buy this product againMany online reviews carpet cleaner fails to suck up water and there appears to be no solution to the problem. No response from customer service. Have tried all of the recommended fixes, nothing works.

    Main product work ok howeverThe hoover smarth wash cleans carpet great bought in June 1st. The machine is easy to take apart to clean after use. However I have a problem with the attachment to clean furniture the spray mechanism continues to spray after release trigger doesn't reset properly. Tried working with customer support so far 2 hours later no response from to different chat agents. They should check those work from home employees response time it's terrible.

    I dont think I will ever buy another hoover productI bought a Smartwash +. Its the second one Ive owned. Loved the first one. The 2nd one was obviously manufactured wrong. The handle keeps falling off. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, email, and chat. I have gotten no where. Im completely disgusted. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this issue.
