Description

I was sent the wrong item due to a mix up in product number by amazon. Since this was a Christmas gift I was a bit worried, but this company was a joy and resolving this matter was painless. Not only did the company - and amazon - respond immediately, they also refunded my purchase, the shipping charges, and said that I could even keep the DVD I received by accident (ICE AGE: A COOL CHRISTMAS). I will continue to look for this DVD as it is the only one in the collection we don't have (my wife and I are huge ICE AGE fans). Thank you unique-place! We shop amazon frequently, but we will most certainly do more shopping with unique-place in the future as well.Doug and Marissa
