Red and burning now...Title says it all. I found witch hazel was still too harsh despite it being alchohol free and i hoped this was still okay. Somehow this gave me a worse reaction. Now i guess i know which ingredients may be the problem if i check between the two bottles but man there aren't a lot of toners i can find... These good reviews are kind of misleading...

Be aware! Not the same as discontinued product.I have used Neutrogena Alcohol-free toner for years on my super sensitive skin. New product with the same name burns my face. Not that bad that it would leave a rash, but burning sensation cannot be good. It also dries out the skin. So, it should not be sold with the same name with the product you've had for years. It looks like company has just changed their packaging (and reduced the quantity in the bottle), which is misleading. Who will go to the store with old bottle to compare the ingredients? Conclusion: this product is not suitable for super sensitive skin.

Dislike the replacement formulaAmazes me that there is so many positive reviews on this website when there are so many people that dislike the new formulation on other online retailer reviews. I don't like the reformulation either! It is NO WHERE near the same as the original. My skin feels striped. I won't be using this product. Bummer now I have to search for an alternative from another company. Please bring back the original formula! Then I'll come back as a customer. :(

Miss the light fragranceI like the new version but I miss the subtle fragrance of the old version. That was part of what felt so invigorating. That is missing with this version. Please bring back the fragrance as an option for those of us who prefer it.

Burnt my faceI’ve used toner before on my face but tried this one because it was cheaper. Boy was that a mistake. My face is now totally red like I got a sunburn. Definitely recommend buying another brand, like hero
