Missing itemsI re ordered my proactive bundle and when it came it was missing the 3rd step of the routine. Pretty disappointed and I've had 2 shipment issues in the 2 times I ordered my bundle.

Made my face purge horriblyI had clear skin with some scars and I started using this as an exciting natural retinol to my routine. Within two months my face has broken out in horrible cystic acne all over down to my jaw. I currently have stopped it as I was so uncomfortable and in so much pain. Do not use if you're acne prone honestly. Unless you're ready for MONTHS of horrible break outs, pain, and a lot of mental trials. Definitely will not use again !
