Thoroughly Pucked, which is part of the My Hockey Romance series, was such a fun book! This one can be read without having read the others, there is no issue with that at all, but I will tell you, this is such a fun series, you should want to read the others!Aubrey is getting ready the morning of her wedding only to be visited by her groom and told he no longer wants to get married. He still wants to play the field, her included. Um, what?! Naturally she tells him to take a hike, but what she doesn't tell him is that she was about to call it off herself because she didn't feel about him the way one should feel about the man one is marrying. So, she calls her brother, who is a sports agent and who enlists the help of two of his clients, hockey players Dev and Ledger, to "rescue" her from her own abandoned wedding. The three of them have quite the crazy afternoon full of hilarity after they leave the church and get her away from everything that has gone down.Knowing she has her nonrefundable honeymoon coming up, she decides to go and Dev and Ledger end up going with her. Upon arrival and check-in the room that the honeymoon suite are assigned only has one bed, which stands to reason, which sets them up for everything that unfolds. It becomes clear pretty quickly that they are all attracted to one another, but will anyone say anything? Is anyone willing to make that first move? There are certainly plenty of funny, spicy, and sizzling scenes to be had in this book.I absolutely loved these characters and how much they "got" one another. They just seemed to fit together so well. They all wanted to help one another and do things for one another just to see the others smile and feel good even if it was the smallest thing, which I loved. This one had so little angst and I was so here for that. I read this right at the right time for me given that many things I've read lately have been angst filled. This was just a fun-filled, throple romance!
