    The battery for it did not work so had to get replacement. Just hope the replacement isn’t the same issue gonna keep fingers crossed.

However, while the battery takes a full charge when plug it in it only stays on a few minutes ....I'd like this problem resolved since I do want the vest ~~Bt I want to be able to have the battery work in the vest~~~Can anyone help Me???? I Cann't find the contact info for the company

    The jacket fits great. Battery pack worked for one full cycle. Now the battery will only charge to 75%.Hoping the company will see this and send me a new battery pack

    This heated vest is an absolute must have winter weather essential and the power pack alone is worth the price. The battery pack contains a digital output display to show the power level and many connections for connecting various devices. The vest runs slightly small, so keep that in mind when ordering. Overall, a terrific product that adds an extra layer of warmth to your core when worn with a hoodie or jacket yet does not cause your arms to sweat. Its a great product that makes a great gift anyone would love to receive.

    I have had 3 heated vests and this one is great we are in Oregon and our high today will be 10 it is good to wear when having to be outside
