Shipping Policy

 

Please note: We only ship within the Domestic USA.

Free shipping on orders of $175 or more*. 

 

Orders placed before 12pm(Eastern Time) during weekdays will ship the same day; Orders placed after 12pm(Eastern Time) will ship the next business day, though we still strive to get the order out the same day.

 

We will provide carrier tracking information the moment we ship out the merchandise, in the event a lost/damaged package may occur, please keep all packaging materials and take pictures and inform us within 72 hours from the delivered time(shown from carrier’s website).

 

We provide Local Pickup in our retail/wholesale store in 354 Woodmont Rd, Milford CT 06460

Any Local Pickup orders have the option to pay in store, we will hold your order for 7 days.
