I am never a really artistic kid of person, but I have always wanted to start my own bullet journal. This kit includes the basic materials you need. You don’t really need to buy anything else, but I did purchase another set of stencils and tapes (just because I can’t draw myself).The quality of the pen is alright, they are nice and comes in a lot of colors. However, the lighter color looks a little dirty. The paper quality is really good. I would be coloring with black marker pen and the next pagw would still be clean.

I thought this would be a perfect gift for my daughter for Christmas–a pretty journal with some fun accessories to fancy it up–she loves washi tape and markers. It all comes in a very pretty box, with room to add whatever you’d like as well. Super pretty, and a decent deal at just under $30. It makes a great gift for the stationery/journal obsessed person in your life.

The binding of the journal ripped almost as soon as my niece started writing in it. She is going to try to glue it. It would be nice if the makers of the book would look into using a better glue.
